Based in Thurrock,Essex, I am a stay-at-home mum who needs to earn a bit of extra cash but still wants to be available for the school run. So that is where the idea for Angelic Faces came from. I was asked once to help out with face painting at a church function and thought, 'well if my mum can do it so can I!' So I borrowed some paints and got practising. And that was the start of it, about 13 years ago. Since then, over the years, I have done various things, such as, Church Fundays, School Fetes, Toddler group parties, Care homes fundraising events and other parties. As a parent myself, hygiene is important to me so all my equipment is washed thoroughly with anti-bacterial soap after every event. I have been CRB checked with both a local church and Primary school and am always willing to show my certificate if requested. |
